MEET DR. NAIMA
I'm Dr. Naima Spradley - a board-certified physician, entrepreneur, retreat strategist, and host. After more than a decade in medicine, I realized I wanted to reconnect with the parts of myself I had lost along the way - travel, wellness, creating, and bringing women together.
That led me to host my first international retreat in Costa Rica, which sold out, followed by another experience in Belize. What started as a personal passion became something bigger.
I discovered that I loved not only creating memorable experiences, but also the strategy behind them - and helping other Black women bring their own retreat ideas to life.
That's how Retreats & Revenue was born.
